We have a Consultant who specialises in leasing, and organises routine open homes for vacant properties. We open our properties twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We also bring tenants through for private inspections during the week. Prospective tenants can visit our website for inspection times. We request ID at all inspections. We also have a record of how many people actually show up to view your property along with any applications you receive. This will determine the interest in the market for your property. We security-check prospective tenants and conduct routine inspections every 6 months on your rental. You will get a detailed report on the condition of your property for your records. 

Our admin department prepares your leases and property owner and tenant files. Our Property Manager arranges maintenance, rent increases, lease renewals, and attends VCAT when required, amongst other duties.

Lester, our Principle / OIC, oversees all operations, and he is always available as a point of contact for every one of our clients.
